We are currently only working with families in Stockport and Tameside.

Parents are welcome to make a self-referral, and professionals can complete a referral on behalf of a family they are supporting.

If you are from another Greater Manchester area, please still complete a referral form and a member of the team will get in touch to discuss it further.
